Shawl/Oversized scarf – Autumn Leaves (SOLD)

This shawl from my ‘Autumn’ series is call ‘Autumn Leaves’. The warp is a fine commercially spun fibre – 50% silk and 50% merino wool. The weft is a fine 100% silk fibre. Both warp and weft were hand dyed prior to the shawl being woven. The warp was hand dyed using butterscotch, tawny brown, burnt orange and russet orange dye colours. The weft was hand dyed a dusky plum. The ends of the shawl have an elegant twisted fringe finish.
Light and airy in feeling with a gorgeous sheen due to the silk weft you will be wrapping yourself in luxury when wearing Autumn Leaves.
