Every attempt will be made to ship your order with 72 hours of receiving your order and after your payment has been confirmed. If there is a delay you will be notified by email.
Unless another method is requested, all orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel post or its International equivalent. The cost of shipping is based on the Canada Post rate for shipping to your destination from the studio in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers.
All orders will be shipped in padded envelopes or, if warranted, a corrugated box.
If your item is shipping to a Canadian destination all applicable taxes will be added to the cost of the item.
If your item is shipping to a non-Canadian destination the true value of your item will be declared on the shipping label. All customs or duty fees are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it must be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date, at the buyer’s expense.

Once your returned item is received and inspected for damage you will be emailed a notification that it has been received. A refund will be processed using the same payment method as for the original purchase.
A refund will be issued for the price of the item (and applicable Canadian taxes) only. The original shipping and return shipping costs (including any associated fees) are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
